pondering the interpersonal relationship

I can tell, from my personal learning that in certain interpersonal relationships nobody is better than anybody and also nobody can be considered worse than anybody. It happens by the fact that each person follows their own wishes and temptations as primacy. Therefore, even if someone causes some action to me, they are causing nothing more than an action to themselves. It reflects on the idea that people follow an instinct of self-satisfaction. Thus, it is not possible to level someone better or worse than another person accurately. Note: whether the act is positive or negative, the actor is still a self-centered.
